Healthy Smoothie

Banana, Honey Oats & Blueberry

For the last few days I’ve really been craving a healthy smoothie! So I used a few ingredients I already had and went with it! I was kind of surprised in how good it taste, I think I found my new daily drink!

What you need:

  • Half cup of Honey Oats (or normal oats and just add some honey)
  • 2 Banana’s
  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • 1 Cup of milk

Simply just put those four ingredients in a blender and blend away!

I absolutely love the colour of this smoothie, I think the blueberries are definitely the star of this drink.

Pour your yummy smoothie into a cup (I used my cute little glass milk bottles).

It’s that easy! It literally only took me 3 minutes to make. If you haven’t tried a smoothie similar to this before, I highly recommend you give this a go.

Not only is it healthy but it’s super delicious.
